  1. Trying to replace the outer boot on drivers side, have everything apart. How do I pull off the outer CV joint (is it CV?). Saw a ETCG video on boot replacement, the outer CV joint should slide off easily, it wont move. Should it slide off? Appreciate some advice, havent found section in FWSM that covers this, thanks -D
  2. So my rear drums are shot and need to be replaced. Is there a good walk through/tutorial out there that would be of use? Also I assume that I can get the needed parts at rockauto.com, if that isn't the case is there someone else I can get these parts?
  3. My drivers side rear brake caliper won't slide off the pin. It was hard to pivot in order to replace the pads, after the pads were replaced, the caliper started leaking so I needed to replace it. I assume that it is rusted onto the pin at the bottom of the bracket. I sprayed some PB blaster on the pin itself where it slides into the caliper. I really need to be back on the road, I'd hate to have to go buy a caliper bracket as well. If all else fails, I'll go back to the junk yard and buy the bracket too. if any one has had any problems like this before I'd like some advice on how you got it off. Thanks.
  4. Are there any how-to's for replacing a head gasket in the 2001 LX-V6? I have ordered the head gaskets, but would like to have some help going into this.
