  1. Hi, looking to do an auto to manual conversion, but the manual box I am getting is on a diesel RF. Will that fit onto the FE engine? Cheers
  2. Are there any other models of mazda with manual gearbox's like the mx6 or the eunos 300 that would fit my 626 sedan?
  3. Hi Guys, brand new to this forum so thanks for any help you're able to offer. We just bought a 1996 626 4cyl Manual with only 120,000 km on the clock. It's in awesome condition and just about everything works. The only issue is that, even though all the gears work fine, changing gear is like stirring a pudding. Is there an easy fix for this do you think? Thanks again, :) Dave Hambly Brisbane, QLD
  4. Hi everyone. So I have no 5th gear on my car right now. It pops out at any speed as soon as I put 5th in. It feels almost like it needs to move up more to engage the gear. If I push it, it grinds a little. I plan to hit up a pull a part this weekend and am going to try and only get what I need. Just I'm case they require me to buy the whole gearbox, does anyone have any tips or tricks I can do to remove it? Its gonna be a one man job, and the yard is about an hour and a half away, so if anyone can lend advice and what tools I will need to bring to remove it is greatly appreciated.
