The front end of 626 always gives me problem.
I had already changed two tie rod links, struts and mounts, and one side of axle. Now my car has a chunking noice from the pass-side. I took it to mechanic and they says its probably ball joint/ control arm. However, I need to drive 80 miles away on Thursday to take a test. Is that safe to drive a car like this?

Depends how much free-play the balljoint has. If it's only a little, you'll be alright to temporarily drive the car.

If it's moving around a lot, it could seperate, which will cause a loss of steering control and probably an accident. The wheel will basically turn horizontally.

I have my car checked today but they can't find any problem. The mechanic drive the car and he heard that noice too. He say the ball joints are absolutly fine. I just change my break and rotors 1 month ago, will it cause the problem?

rotors won't cause any kind of noise or vibration unless you're braking.
